American Faucet, also sold as Youngstown, Schaible or Crosley, was extremely popular in the 1950s and 1960s. It was unique in that it was an integral part of the steel kitchen sink. It has a chrome cover that hides the actual faucet and lever faucet handles on the side. There are no substitutes.
